Additional source information
XPro does not provide any financial products or services. Instead, it promotes the financial products and services offered by its partner organisations: Shiiro Academy, B2Pay and Homnifi.

XPro is a multi-level marketing scheme. It sells subscriptions, which grant members access to XPro’s “rewards program”. Subscribers earn rewards by selling the products and services offered by XPro’s partner organisations, and by recruiting new XPro members to sell those products and services.

The FMA is concerned that XPro’s partner organisations are providing financial products and services in New Zealand without the appropriate licence and without being registered on the Financial Service Providers Register (FSPR). Several of the partner organisations have also made misleading claims about their financial products and services.

What the source category means

The category is reproduced above so the source finding can be read in its own terms. A listing does not establish every possible allegation about a business or show that a particular transaction was fraudulent.

Dates and scope

The source registration date held for XPro is 2025-05-09. It is distinct from this article’s ERSEY publication date and may differ from the original notice date. The record concerns Financial Markets Authority and its New Zealand jurisdiction; it should not be read as a finding by every regulator. Check the linked authority’s current notice or register for changes.

Match your records to this entry

The source lists Xpro.gitbook.io. Compare that complete address, including any path or social profile, with the records of the platform you actually used. A similar trading name is not enough to identify the same entity. Preserve original messages, payment references and the exact destination used rather than relying on a name match.

Questions an inquiry may help organize

Relevant questions include which entity presented the service, what payment records show, how dates align with correspondence and what remains uncertain. A source notice does not establish who controls a wallet, where all funds are now or whether a third party will act.
