A starting point for enquiries, evidence and case tracking.

Can an investigation recover my assets?

Our work is directed toward helping clients recover: investigating the loss, tracing assets, organizing evidence and pursuing appropriate recovery routes. The route and outcome depend on the facts, the parties involved and the processes available in the case.

What should I include in my first inquiry?

Provide your name, email and an account of what happened. Add relevant platform details, dates, payment references and optional evidence where applicable. Never share wallet secrets, passwords or full card details.

Does sending the form commit me to paid work?

No. Any paid work requires a separate written agreement setting out scope, fees, deliverables and limitations.

What can public blockchain data tell you?

It may show recorded transfers and interactions. It does not by itself establish who controls an address, the purpose of a payment or whether an asset can be recovered. Coverage must be confirmed.

How do I track my case?

Use Track Your Case with your ES-year-number reference and the email currently held on that same case. Only a limited progress update is shown. Keep those details private.

What if my details need correcting?

Contact ERSEY with your case reference and the correction requested. Authorized administrators can adjust records. If the email is corrected, use the updated email for tracking.

Does a broker listing mean fraud has been proved?

No. Read the exact source, finding, identity and date. A warning about authorization or an impersonator is different from a court finding about fraud.

How do I request a correction to a broker record?

Use the corrections route with the article URL, exact identifying details, dated source material and the specific correction requested.

How long will an investigation take?

Timing depends on scope, information and availability. Any estimate needs to be agreed for the particular engagement; the website does not promise a completion or response time.
