What to include
Use the contact form and identify your request as a publication correction. Include the ERSEY article URL, the entity and exact website or profile involved, the statement you believe needs correction, the replacement information and a dated primary source where available.
What a request does
A correction request allows the record to be reviewed. It is not a finding that a source is wrong, and it does not guarantee removal or a particular response time. An authorization notice must remain distinct from a fraud allegation or legal determination.
