Reading the evidence

What is known.
What remains open.

Our publication and reporting approach separates recorded facts, source statements and interpretation.

Identity comes first

Match names with exact domains, URLs, social handles and any clone or impersonation qualifiers. A similar name is not sufficient to transfer a warning or allegation.

Sources and dates

Broker records identify the source authority and the date held in the supplied record. A source registration/listing date may differ from an original warning date. Website publication dates describe ERSEY publication, not the date of the underlying event.

Findings have boundaries

Authorization warnings, complaints, allegations and court findings are different. We do not turn an authorization notice into an invented claim about wallet activity, client losses or guaranteed recovery.

Current status can change

Historical records do not replace checking the relevant authority’s current notice or register. A source link and exact identity help readers perform that check. Missing fields are left unspecified rather than guessed.

Corrections

Submit the page URL, the precise statement in question and supporting dated evidence. Corrections should preserve an understandable record of material changes rather than silently transfer claims to a different entity.
