Make sense of the incident.
We investigate the incident, examine communications and payment records, and build an evidence-led account of what happened.

Start with the right questions
What was represented, what was paid, and what happened next? A useful investigation separates the account of an incident from the evidence that can support it. The initial review identifies the questions that available records may help answer.
Evidence to bring together
Relevant material may include original conversations, payment confirmations, transaction IDs, account records, dated withdrawal requests and the exact platform address. Keep original exports where possible and distinguish personal notes from third-party records.
A defined scope
Before work begins, the scope should specify the records to examine, the period covered, the questions, fees and proposed output. Missing information, inaccessible systems or unsupported networks may limit what can be assessed.
Potential output
A chronology, evidence index and findings summary can explain which observations are supported and which remain uncertain. An investigation does not by itself establish criminal responsibility or guarantee recovery.
