How this website
handles information.
This notice explains the implemented inquiry and tracking features and the information needed to operate them.
Information you provide
The contact questionnaire requests your name, email, phone, country, platform, incident types, amount/currency, dates, payment methods and an account of what happened. Relevant asset information is requested where cryptocurrency was used. Exact website/profile, transaction references and evidence uploads are optional when unavailable. Several questions allow multiple selections and typed Other details. Do not send passwords, private keys, recovery phrases or full card details.
Purpose and storage
Information is used to review and respond to inquiries, maintain case records and provide limited progress tracking. Case records, internal notes and audit history are restricted to authorized website administrators. Evidence files are stored outside public web uploads and accessed through administrator-checked downloads.
Notifications and service providers
Internal notifications use the website’s configured email transport. The validated submitter email is used as Reply-To. Mail transport acceptance does not prove inbox receipt, and a stored inquiry remains separate from notification delivery. No automatic client acknowledgment email is sent. Hosting, email and verification providers may process information needed to operate the website.
Tracking and abuse prevention
Tracking requires the case reference and matching email on the same record. The public result contains only reference, stage, last update and approved message. Forms use server-side validation, request limits and Cloudflare Turnstile human verification. Cloudflare processes browser/network information to assess automated activity; our server checks the response before accepting inquiries or tracking lookups. Verification failures prevent processing. Abuse-prevention identifiers are keyed hashes rather than public case details.
Retention and requests
Case information is retained for inquiry handling and any agreed engagement, subject to applicable obligations. There is no promise of automatic case deletion. You may use the contact route to request access, correction or deletion; identity and any relevant retention obligations must be considered before acting. Do not submit sensitive evidence that is unnecessary for initial review.
Other website features
The site uses WordPress and configured hosting services. Functional cookies may support administration, translation or verification. External source links take you to other providers’ policies. This notice does not authorize publication of submitted case information.
