A considered process.
A clearer next step.
Understand the purpose of each stage before you share records or commission work.

01 / Share an outline
Use the single-page contact form to explain what happened and what you hope to understand. Provide relevant records if appropriate, but never send passwords, private keys, seed phrases or full card details.
02 / Agree the scope
An initial review can identify whether proposed work is suitable. Any engagement needs separate written terms covering scope, fees, deliverables, timing and limitations. Submitting an inquiry creates no paid commitment.
03 / Examine the evidence
Relevant records are reviewed within the agreed scope. Source references and chronology help distinguish directly documented observations from interpretations. Missing information is recorded rather than filled in with assumptions.
04 / Explain the findings
We explain the findings and use them to shape a practical recovery strategy. That may include preparing an evidence package, engaging the relevant platform or payment provider, or identifying an appropriate reporting or professional referral route.
Keep track of your inquiry
Use your assigned case reference and the email held on the same case to view an administrator-approved progress update. Contact details, evidence and internal notes are not displayed through tracking.
